1. Who we are.

1.1. We are the limited liability company Starcheck B.V., trading under the name Team-composer, located in Eindhoven at Kastanjelaan 400 and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 65631951. Under the name Team-composer, Starcheck operates the websites team-composer.com and my.team-composer.com. With these websites, we inform visitors about team creation, and visitors can use software (SaaS) to compile teams.
1.2. In the course of our activities, we may process personal data that concerns you. In this statement, we explain, among other things, which personal data we collect and use, why we do so, and what your rights are. This privacy statement applies to all our processing operations.

2. What data do we process about you, and why?

2.1. We process data about you in the following cases:

A. Paid subscription
If you are a customer of ours, we may process the following data about you:
-name;
-phone number;
-email address and any further personal data you provide us on your initiative.

The purpose of this processing is to provide you with a paid subscription, to send you our invoices and collect them, to keep our records, and to send you commercial communications. We process your data, in this case, to execute our agreements with you or make the necessary preparations to do so and because we are required to do so by law and given our legitimate business interests.

B. User Account
If you create an account with us, we may process the following data about you:
-login details;
-email address and any further personal data you provide us on your initiative.

C. Visitor.
As a visitor, who fills out an information form on team-composer.com, we may process the following data:
-Name
-Phone number
-Email address

The purpose of this processing is to enable you to order faster and to enable you to view your order history. We process your data, in this case, to execute our agreements with you or make the necessary preparations to do so and pursuant to your consent.
In addition to the purposes mentioned earlier, we may use any personal data relating to you to the extent reasonably necessary to fulfill our administrative obligations and assert or defend claims. Such processing takes place for our legitimate business interests or because we are required to do so by law.
If you fail to provide the data mentioned earlier, we will not be able to serve you or will be able to serve you less well.

D. Creation of user profile
If you express interest in participating in the first team assignment, we may process the following -data about you:
-date of birth;
-gender;
-psychometric data, educational level, work level, domain of knowledge and experience, and any further personal data you provide to us on your initiative.

This processing aims to match with team assignments and other team members. We process your data in this case based on your consent and given our legitimate business interests.

3. Disclosure to third parties

3.1. We will provide your personal data to third parties as little as possible. We use the services of third parties for our business operations. In some cases, we will provide your personal data to these parties. However, we will never provide these third parties with more data than they need to carry out our tasks. Examples of such third parties include suppliers, subcontractors, and mail delivery services.

3.2. We may also provide data to third parties located in countries outside the European Union. The safeguards these countries provide regarding protecting personal data may be more limited than in the European Union.
